I’m a bit of a Swiss Army knife, but here are some things people often say I’m good at.

Design · I craft narratives, experiences, services, and strategies to enable, drive and deliver change in complex environments. I have experience in human-centred design, service design, customer experience, user experience and strategic design. My toolkit also includes visual communication, workshop design, facilitation and storytelling.

Insights · I generate meaningful insights to inform recommendations, decisions and solutions that move the dial. I consider the needs, behaviours and mindsets of a person, group or community, scan the broader ecosystem to identify patterns, drivers and trends of influence, and visually translate complexity into stories that resonate.

Strategy · I collaboratively strategise the best way to achieve the desired outcomes, goals and vision. I identify, define, and scope opportunities, apply frameworks to structure thinking, and define stepping stones to ensure we get from point A to point B efficiently while remaining open-minded and ready to pivot when needed.

Led the co-creation of future-state blueprints articulating ‘what needs to be true’ across the organisation to deliver desirable staff, client and partner experiences based on organisation wide experience patterns.


Contributed to the design of the customer advice process using out-of-the-box functionality, embedded consistency in approach across the business, and assured compliance by design as part of an extensive digital transformation programme.


Collaborated on a project team to conduct a customer and business discovery to develop a digital ambition and roadmap, enabling the business to shift from paper-based systems to digital operations.


Supported the execution of large-scale qualitative research, analysis and distillation of user perspectives and market trends into insights and a framework to guide institutional decision-making.


Supported the design of a strategic partnership model between key players in the sector, resulting in a core narrative to engage stakeholders, translate complexity and align efforts for systemic outcomes.
